Summer project - Mistakes.

'You are required to observe or invent a system that makes mistakes'

I wanted to create something which was designed to malfunction similar to the self destructing machines Jean Tinguely made. Which then got me thinking if it's designed to malfunction, then its not really a mistake any more.
So I went on to look at machines which require human interaction to become functional, as mistakes are frequently made.

This website goes through every design he has come across which doesn't take into account the 'human factor', leading to accidents.
